Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds
We generally try to treat everyone like family, we definitely don't want our customers to be unhappy.  If you need a refund or exchange please send an email to Info@LoveFashionCollections.com and we will give you the closest Amazon mailbox or address to send your item to.  We will instruct you on how to send your item and receive your exchange as quickly as possible based on your location.  Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.  Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within a few business days.

Exchanges 
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email Info@LoveFashionCollections.com and we will give you the closest Amazon mailbox or address to send your item to.  We will instruct you on how to send your item and receive your exchange as quickly as possible based on your location.  

In most cases we will pay for your shipping costs if you're returning your item.  However, if your case is one where we do not cover return shipping, you would be responsible for shipping costs and in this case shipping costs are non-refundable (for example, multiple exchanges on one item).
